MonDame is a networking social club exclusive to working women in Downtown Vancouver. Our purpose is to celebrate a sense of balance in the lives of our members. MonDame aims to create a space for equilibrium between their masculine corporate identities and their social and vulnerable feminine identities. Along with this we seek to provide an ease of access to work-life balance under one roof. MonDame achieves this balance through providing variety and choice between focus, collaborative, and comfort oriented spaces.
